Lots of issues getting unit setup, front camera has a blue tint. Can't get it to live stream 99% if the time and the one time I was able to it had a 7 second delay. Had an incident and had trouble getting it off the camera. Cloud features I purchased this camera for are just not there. Maybe why it's free. Not a fan of the wiring placement , the large camera cord prevents it from mounting high and flush to mirror enclosure or roofline. Can't get a hold of support to resolve issues. Tempted to send it back but it is what it is for now.
This is the best dash cam out there that money can buy! Clear and high resolution. Easy to instal and set up! You wont be disappointed. Way better than Garmin
First of all, Fedex took their time to deliver as usual. It took them 3-4 extra days to deliver and no updates about what was going on. The camera is complicated with too many features that don't work well. Look at what Ring did with their car camera. Unfortunately, they discontinued but it did everything that it's supposed to do and it was simple. I would not recommend this camera.
I just purchased a thinkware U3000 for a truck I ordered. I was debating between Blackvue and Thinkware. I immediately went to Blackboxmycar without even looking around. I know the prices are the best and the customer service is second to none. This review is on the Blackboxmycar rather than the unit which I will do when installed.
There is ONLY one place to buy, professional, prices and most importantly customer service. If I could give 10 stars on the service I would.

Love the parking mode & OBD cable. A few years back I paid a few hundred, to have my BlackvueDR900X installed. It was installed but only comes on when my Truck is started. They couldn’t figure out on my 2021 Ram the parking mode feature. Wasted money on install. The U3000 is so simple & sits on my windshield, never gets too hot. My BlackVue is hot within minutes of being on. I love the tinted film provided too. My current setup has my U3000 on windshield & BlackVue DR900x around my rear view mirror.
