Eligibility

This campaign is open to individuals who sign up and are 18 years or older as of the entry date. It is open only to legal residents of Canada and the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of BlackboxMyCar and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively referred to as “Employees”) are not eligible to participate. This campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Agreement to Rules

By participating, you (“Contestant”) agree to be fully bound by these rules and confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements. You also accept that BlackboxMyCar’s decisions are final regarding this campaign.

How to Enter

To enter, submit an entry through the form provided. Ensure your entry meets all campaign requirements. Incomplete entries or those that do not follow the rules may be disqualified at BlackboxMyCar’s sole discretion.

• You may enter only once. Provide the requested information accurately.

• Multiple entries via different email addresses or identities will result in disqualification.

• Fraudulent or rule-violating entries may be removed from eligibility.

Prizes

The winner (“Winner”) will receive a BlackboxMyCar S-Drive 10" Wireless CarPlay & Android Auto Display with Dash Cam. The prize’s actual value may differ at the time of award. The prize specifics are determined solely by BlackboxMyCar.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted unless permitted by BlackboxMyCar.

• All prize-related expenses, including taxes, are the winner’s responsibility.

• Acceptance of the prize grants BlackboxMyCar permission to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected by BlackboxMyCar and notified via email, phone, or social media within five (5) days of selection. BlackboxMyCar is not liable if the winner cannot be reached due to spam filters or incorrect contact details.

If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

Rights Granted by You

By submitting content (e.g., photos, videos, text), you grant BlackboxMyCar and its affiliates the right to use your submission for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes without further compensation. You affirm that your submission is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights. You agree to indemnify BlackboxMyCar against any claims arising from your submission.

Terms & Conditions

BlackboxMyCar reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the campaign if unforeseen issues arise, such as fraud or technical failures. BlackboxMyCar may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these terms. Attempts to undermine the campaign may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, you release BlackboxMyCar and its affiliates from any liability related to participation, prize acceptance, or technical issues.

Disputes

This campaign is governed by the laws of Canada and British Columbia, without regard to conflict of law doctrines. Disputes will be resolved individually in a court located in British Columbia.
